When the team wants to see all the metrics in one dashboard, it can get messy and can be missing to see the opportunities.

First, I regret this approach and I love dashboards so much that I spent countless hours making this. It was so easy to understand and point out the opportunities to me. You can track the dashboard to see who uses what part of sections.

What I've found is that nobody looked at the reports. That's sad but true, they're just looking reports from meeting to meeting :/ If you want to get their attention, share what you find in the reports rather than the metrics.
